This page is under construction, but in a nutshell, Watcher Magazine is part of the web ministry of Derek and Sharon Gilbert.

The Gilberts pray that this site will serve as a teaching point for parents and teens (and tweens). Watcher Magazine will examine and feature Christian and secular fiction, film, television, radio, graphic novels, and video games, so that parents and pastors can better understand what today’s young people are consuming and how such ‘food’ affects them spiritually.

This is a non-denominational site. The Gilberts are believers in Jesus Christ, crucified, risen, and coming again. They believe that the Bible is perfect and without error in its original language, the inspired word of the Lord God Almighty, Jehovah, who made the heavens and the earth and all that we call ‘matter’.
