Greetings~
Just an FYI trivia piece: in the Whitley Streiber book "Communion" he brings this owl/eyes motif into play. Has this movie simply borrowed it? Or is this an overall motif embedded into the basic UFO abduction scenario? Just curious.

Wow - great catch on the subtle sign. It would be fascinating if the two shows turned out to be related in the timeline.

They did get back to the priest (a waste of Henry Rollins, who's not the greatest actor but always interesting). He was caught in the razor wire and killed by the demonic psycho doctor.

OK, I heard you talk about this on your podcast and got it on Netflix. It was a train wreck, but not even a good train wreck. It's like they spent the majority of their budget to get Gooding and Perlman on board but didn't have any left to flesh out a well-crafted story or create any good special effects. Even the make up special effects were classic Dr. Whoish.

Maybe I missed it but the priest with the gash in his head ran off and they never brought him back again? One scene the person is walking with a weapon the next no weapon. Lots of continuity errors like that I spotted.

I'll be watching the other one soon too.

I've experienced shadow people and find myself at a loss for words. I don't know what they want and now fear what's to come. I'm seeing more and more. I really freaked out when I watched the movie "Knowing" The "shadowy" figures were eeriely similar same shape, no face, the whispers and the way they moved very quickly. I guess someone should make a support group for people who see them because I'm running out of options on who to turn to.

this the same Tracy Letts from Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago that wrote (Pulitzer Prize for Drama winning and Tony award winning) "August: Osage County", "Superior Donuts", "Man From Nebraska"!?!?!?

compelling information given the fact that we have season tickets to Steppenwolf Theatre, and have seen Tracy Letts in performance roles as well as in his amazing writing capacity...

I will have to pay even closer attention to the next Tracy Letts play... Tracy already has plenty of sub-plot activity and social commentary thickness to wade through. Thank you for the review!
